Application
For Account Executive Status
I
understand that if I am accepted as an Account Executive, I will receive a
commission of 10%
of the web hosting fee on all referrals made by me or my agents. Furthermore, I
will receive a one time sign on bonus for each new account of an additional 10%
of the web hosting fee for the first fully paid month of service where the
$49.00 one time set up fee is paid by the new account. That means 20%
of the first month and residual payments of 10%
of the web hosting fee for as long as the account is in good standing. If an
account is suspended and later restored, I will be paid once the account is
again in good standing, but will not be paid on the portion of the account that
has fallen into arrears or if that account has been placed for collection.
My accounts are protected; no other Account Executive may solicit any of my
accounts, nor can an account, once established, change Account Executives.
I
understand that Ad Link Net,
Inc.
reserves the right to terminate any Account Executive at any time, and for any
reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event that I am terminated
as an Account Executive, I will no longer be entitled to any further payments or
commissions for any accounts.
I
understand and agree that I am not an employee or agent of Ad Link Net,
Inc., but am acting solely in my capacity as an independent contractor. Nothing
in this Agreement authorizes me to make any contract, agreement, warranty, or
representation on Ad Link Net,
Inc.’s behalf, or to incur any debt or other obligation
in Ad Link Net,
Inc.’s name; and Ad Link Net,
Inc. shall in no event assume liability for, or
be deemed liable hereunder as a result of, any such action; nor shall Ad Link Net,
Inc.
be liable by reason of any act or omission of me in my operation as an Account
Executive.
