Auto Responders

Auto Responders are a very useful tool for distributing information to interested prospects. An auto responder is simply a program which instantly sends a pre written message back to a person who sends an e-mail to a specified address. These are also sometimes called "mail robots" or just "robots".

Usually setting up an auto responder is a very complex task requiring the manipulation of several different files. With the Web Site Manager, this is done automatically. When setting up an auto responder, the Web Site Manger creates an e-mail alias and a text file for you. When anyone sends e-mail to the alias, the auto responder instantly sends that text message back to the sender.

Once you have created an auto responder, you can change the message at any time. To do this, select the auto responder you want to edit and hit enter. When the message comes up, change it however you wish, and to save it hit "Edit Auto Responder Message".
